Taylor & Fegan have acted as consultants for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive on many of its public housing developments, including new build and refurbishment of existing properties, to bring them into line with current modern day standards.
Involvement in the private housing sector has increased over the years with numerous developers looking to ourselves to provide the consultancy services on both major private housing and apartment developments. We have repeatedly shown our ability to design the services to suit older private residences such as Quintin Castle Portaferry, Ballywalter Park House and Larchfield House, Lisburn.
We have also an excellent track record of working with the major housing associations in providing sheltered housing accommodation throughout the province.
